Playwright, a witness

Jordan Elizabeth Henry (she/her) has been writing plays for 14 years and hopes to be writing them for roughly 100 more. She explores neurodivergence, mental illness, and trauma survival in her plays, investigating the intersections of her own identity and experience in the world. Rebecca O’Neil is a Seattle-based actor with a passion for equity in the theatre and a profound interest in using the theatre to tell stories about all kinds of people, at all the intersections in their lives. A 2019 graduate of the MFA Arts Leadership program at Seattle University, she applied her classroom work to the development of The Shattered Glass Project. Her most recent directing projects include a fully “staged” Zoom production of Much Ado About Nothing; a Zoom reading of Loom by Carolynne Wilcox; and a staged reading/video hybrid production of ArbusSpeaks by Kirsten McCory at Freehold. Her spouse Peter O’Neil is the author of the recently published memoir My So-Called Disorder: Autism, Exploding Trucks, and the Big Daddy of Rock and Roll, available at www.bookshop.org.

Billie, a witness

Before venturing into acting, Aimee studied dance in Montana, worked in theatre and television in New York, and had a few run-ins with the law here in Seattle. Aimee has struggled with undiagnosed ASD, ADHD, & burnout throughout her life but only learned about it as an adult. Aimee would like to thank Rebecca, Caro, Jordan, and the cast/creative team with The Shattered Glass Project for embarking on this courageous journey together.

Chuck, a witness

After obtaining a Theater and Psychology degree Christine Shaw, moved to Seattle. In the past 25 years of doing theater in Seattle, Christine has worked with many incarnations of multiple theater companies around town. Favorite roles have included: Eleanor in The Lion in Winter, Ms. White in Reservoir Dolls, Teresa in Memory of Water, Ruth in Pirates of Penzance. In her non theater life Christine is a long time bodyworker. Thank you for supporting the arts.

Mariesa is a local actor/teacher & is excited to help bring this beautiful show to life! Recently she was seen as Karina in An Incomplete List… (Dacha) and ensemble/dance captain in Jesus Christ Superstar (Reboot). They have also performed with SecondStory Repertory & Bainbridge Performing Arts, and hold a BFA in musical theatre from Marymount Manhattan College. Other credits include: Romeo & Juliet and Richard II (Greenstage), The Glass Menagerie (Whidbey Island Center for the Arts), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Seattle Shakespeare Company), the King in The Snow Queen (Dacha), and Cassius/Brutus/Caesar/Antony in his original solo show The New Shakespearience Presents Julius Caesar.
